What does day use or late check out mean?
"Day Use" means the use of a room on the last day (check-out date) exceeding the particular check out time established by the hotel. For example: A guest should be check out on September 1st, 2003 on 12.00 Noon. Because of the flight schedule , he checks out on September 1st, 2003 on 18.00 PM. Consequently, a "Day Use" fee (50% of the room rate) is charged to him, since he uses the room exceeding the determined check out time. PLEASE NOTE that the check out time may vary from one hotel to another
What does 'Run Of The House' (ROH) mean?
"Run Of The House" (ROH) means your room reservation will be based on the room availability and your advantage is when higher room category available, while you do not have to pay extra.
What does it include on the special internet rates ?
Special internet rates are including 21% tax and service charges.
Breakfast is include in some hotels (please read carefully).
How to make a booking ?
Please fill the Booking form available on each hotel or services.

How long does it take to get the reply ?

How to pay the hotel reservation ?
All the rates for accommodation Hotels, Villas and all Activities quoted in US dollars or Indonesian Rupiah; however, in case of payment by credit card, local regulations require that all charges are made in Indonesian Rupiah converted at rate of exchange applied by Indonesian banks for selling US dollars on day of debit.
You can make payment by USD CASH / USD T/C / JPY CASH / JPY T/C/ Rp. CASH .

How to cancel the reservation ?
Please use the provious correspondence to cancell the booking or to amend the booking. Cancellation penalty will be applied based on our cancellation policy.
