GENERAL
This online hotel reservation service is operated by CV. Easy Bali Tours and Services (herein referred to as "Easy-Bali.Com") in corporation with hotels throughout Indonesia. All services offered are legal, including reservation, quoted selling rates, published rate from hotels, transaction via internet, banking or other ways determined by Easy-Bali.Com. Easy-Bali.Com are fully responsible for our services. Responsibility is taken for all reservations made via Easy-Bali.Com's website and payment made from and for its services. Easy-Bali.Com are NOT responsible for services provided by hotel chosen by clients. Easy-Bali.Com guarantee that you will have the quality of services from hotels as stated in website. The quality of service fully depends on prestige of hotel chosen and it shall be fully responsible for its services to you, clients. Easy-Bali.Com are fully responsible for identity of any client who participates in its website and for data received by Easy-Bali.Com. Any internet user can benefit from Easy-Bali.Com's services by browsing at database.
Hotel rental rates quoted by Easy-Bali.Com are on a per room and per night basis. Check-in time is after 02:00 PM, with check-out by 12:00 noon on day of departure. Extra / additional bed is subject to a per person, per day surcharge. American Breakfast (ABF) or Continental Breakfast (CBF) and transfers are not included unless otherwise stated in the service. Breakfast (ABF/CBF) is for two persons in 1 room. Easy-Bali.Com rate are not all include 21% tax and service. Late check-outs or day use of your room is available until 18:00 hrs, the price is 50% off room rate.
If your hotel is not on our site, please supply us with details of the hotel and we can follow up for you. Please be aware some Hotels have seasonal surcharges, please read respective conditions carefully before making reservation in order to avoid any misunderstanding of rates. Theses rates are applicable only when reservation is made through Easy-Bali.Com. If you cannot find out rate of hotel you're looking for, please contact us for more information.

PROCEDURE OF RESERVATION
All reservation will be proceeding if you fill completely our Reservation Form. Your reservation will be reply at least within 2 x 24 hours. Easy-Bali.Com seriously need your confirmation of the reservation and the request your asking at least 3x 24 hours. Before easy-bali.com can proceduring the reservation and the request completely. We are guaranty to your reservation and the request will be OK with the high level service.
The full payment can be done upon arrival at the Hotel to our guide, office man or at our tour office.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
All the rates for accommodation Hotels, Villas and all Activities quoted in US dollars or Indonesian Rupiah; however, in case of payment by credit card + 3% tax, local regulations require that all charges are made in Indonesian Rupiah converted at rate of exchange applied by Indonesian banks for selling US dollars on day of debit.
You can make payment by USD CASH / USD T/C / JPY CASH / JPY T/C/ Rp. CASH .
For this moment we still cannot received any kinds of Credit Cards as payment, We are very sorry for this unconfinient.

CANCELLATION
The customer totally responsible to the cancellation fee, after the reservation and request have been confirm OK with or without sign.
Cancellation made up to 15 days (2 weeks) before arrival date will be US$ 25 as booking pinalty charge.
Cancellation made 15 days (2 weeks) before arrival date will be charge at full charge, 1 (one) night for hotels, villas, Yogyakarta tour, air fare ticket booking, all spa inside the hotels (thalasso, jiwa spa, spa at Ritz carlton, prana spa, the gangsa, etc).
For non Hotel activity cancellation (cruises, normal spa, rafting, marine sport, etc) 3 days made before the event will be full of charge.
Easy-Bali.COm use the copy of booking form as proof to collect the cancellation charge.

EXCHANGE RATE FLUCTUATIONS
Difference in personal statement balances can occur and are due to the fluctuations with the Indonesian Rupiah and bank processing time. Bali-tours can not hold the responsible for these differences.

TRANSFERS
Easy-Bali.Com's packages usually include free transfers. Refer to table below for more information.

AIRFARE & OVERSEAS TRAVEL INSURANCE
Easy-Bali.Com currently does not provide International Airfares service from your country to Bali. However, Easy-Bali.Com only provide airfares for departure from Indonesia to other countries. Please check with your local travel agent for a quotation. Reconfirmation of return flight to your country can be arranged free of charge. For travel within Indonesia, domestic airfares are available upon request. Customers of Easy-Bali.Com are insured against accidental death and disablement for an amount of up to USD 100,000. while using our services except activities offered by other companies not in alliance with Easy-Bali.Com. For air travel insurance and other insurances, please check with your local travel agent or related financial institutions.

VISA AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Most travelers do not need a visa to Indonesia for a limited stay of up to 60 days. Check with your local travel agent if you need a visa. For more comfortable trip, customers are advised to purchase return airfare with at least 60 days validity.

COMMUNICATION
As we communicate mostly through email, please make sure your email is correct or in case we need your telephone or facsimile as communication is not always reliable, please supply us.

LIABILITY
Easy-Bali.Com in cooperation with associated hotels and other partner business act only as agent for respective hotels, suppliers and/or contractors who providing accommodations, transportation and services. Under no circumstances shall Easy-Bali.Com be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claims or injury direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, however caused or incurred whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services or hotels described including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, as a result of any delay(s), substitution(s), rescheduling(s), overbooking, other inconveniences to the client, through acts of default of any company or person engaged in carrying out arrangements, or by reason of military action, acts of war, national disturbances, revolution or acts of God, or by any other act not within the control of Easy-Bali.Com, or by any agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services or hotel herein. If any hotels and/or services are substituted, Easy-Bali.Com at all times will act in good faith and use its best efforts to substitute with accommodations and/or services of a type comparable to those originally contracted. Easy-Bali.Com in their sole and unfettered discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person(s) and/or to rescind and contract for accommodations or services.
